Our sawing machine controls the material cutting tolerance within 0.5mm, our self-developed rotating cutting equipment solves the heat effects and angles at the cutting edges after the quenching process.
Our imported high frequency equipment ensures the metallographic structure and hardness of HRC60. Reducing pipe pushing technology we jointly designed with Teamgo Group in 2006 filled the national gap.
We adopted automatic 6 positions wax injection machine and molds in aeronautic aluminum greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy.
