Check the wear between the cutting ring and the eye plate, which is the key to determining the success of direct water cleaning. If the cutting ring and the eye plate are not seriously worn, the spacing between the cutting ring and the eye plate is <0.1 mm, and there is no groove scratch of more than 1 mm between them, and the direct watering method can be used.
After pumping, pump 0.15~0.25m\+3 mortar with 1:15 or 1:2 water ratio, then fill the distribution valve with water, start pumping, and pump the pump to the pouring place. Until the outlet of the delivery pipe flows out of clean water. If the pipe is short and the cleaning effect is good, the cleaning process ends here.
When the pipe is long or the cleaning effect is not good, open the hopper discharge door, open the reverse pump, and rinse the hopper and distribution valve. If pumping up and the height is >20m, you can use a wooden hammer to strike the bottom part of the vertical part. If the knocking sound is low, you need to disassemble the elbow and pour out the large aggregate that may accumulate.
Close the discharge door and pump clean water until it clears the water from the output of the delivery tube.
The advantage of the direct watering method is that it is not necessary to remove the material feeding tube and the cleaning ball, which saves time and is easy to pump, which is especially convenient for cleaning short pipelines.
Its disadvantages:
1 The water consumption is large and the pump water must be continuous, and the water is easily discharged at the pouring place;
2 If there is a vertical upward pipe, it is usually necessary to remove the pipe;
3 when the pipeline is long, there is easy to remain in the pipeline;
4 The sealing requirements of the distribution valve are strict.
