The installation procedure of the concrete pump placing boom
Before we introduced the concrete pump placing boom demolition problem, today will install the installation sequence to explain:
A, the Tower body part installs
B. Installation of turntable
C, the installation of the balance arm
D, balance heavy installation (2 pieces first installed balance weight)
E, the installation of the ARM rack assembly
F, balance heavy installation (2 pieces of balance after installation)
g, installation of electrical components
h, connection operation equipment
I, connecting the size of the arm of the tubing
J, Installation Complete The general working conditions of the concrete pump placing boom are large arms up, small arms downward. In the rising section of the pipeline (the tower body and the large arm pipeline), the concrete in the pipeline is pushed forward under the pump pressure of the concrete pump. The concrete is filled with the upward pipeline, its flow rate is stable, does not occur segregation. In the descending section of the pipeline (middle and small arm), the velocity of concrete is faster and quicker due to the effect of gravitational acceleration. Because the flow of concrete in the falling section will not change, the accelerated concrete can not be filled with conveying pipelines. The concrete is not “propelled” stably in the descending pipeline, but is “rolled down” quickly.
In the “tumble” process, the concrete and the pipe wall constantly collide, the aggregate will be separated from the slurry, resulting in the first segregation
