In order to expand the placing range of concrete pump and enhance the mechanization of pumping construction, our company have researched and developed the new products, manual concrete placing boom HG12, HG15 and HG18 (the number is the placing radius). The concrete placing boom is the accompanied equipment of concrete pump. Its application expands the delivery range of concrete, efficiently solves the problem of wall concreting and plays an important role in enhancing construction efficiency and reducing the labor intensity.
This series of concrete placing boom have reasonable design and reliable structure. The placing structure adopts 360°rotary arm support. The machine is operated by hands and can rotate flexibly. The tower is of a proper height so you can change the placing position freely only by pulling the rope easily. So it is highly efficient, reliable and economic.
Two fold arms in level folding way are adopted by the boom which is 360°
with the characteristics of manual operation, flexible, convenient, safe
and reliable . The clear height of this machine is 5.5 m,and particularly
applicable to occasions such as the wall, columns with the steel set prominent.
