The concrete pump S-tube valve is a crucial component in the pumping system. It is used in combination with the wear plate and wear ring. The valve is pivotable mounted inside a concrete hopper. It alternately connects one of two outley ends of the pumping cylinders to the inlet end of the discharge conduit which was mounted on the from wall of the hopper.

Features of
S tube part is welded by ST52 steel plate, which is formed by integral process to
reduce the resistance of concrete flow.
Hard face layer
High anti-wear welding electrode to hardface inside wall of the s tube with a thickness ≥3.5mm, HRA ≥60.
Shaft–38CrMoAl, no shaft broken.
Necessary Annealing process to make sure of the quality.
Stable quality guarantee and longer pumping lifetime, which is guaranteed over 50, 000-80,000 cubic meters or more under the standard pumping material and situations.
