The inner pipe wall becomes a wearable layer with high hardness. The service life of the inner-hardened concrete pump boom pipe is as 3 to 5 times as normal concrete pump pipe.
2.Heat treatment process: Case hardening by high-frequency induction quenching
3.Wall thickness of the pipe: 4.00mm, 4.50mm, 7.50mm
4.Hardness:
HRC58-HRC62 for inner quenching layer;
HRC35-HRC40 for transition layer;
HRC25-HRC30 for protective layer
