wear resisting twin wall elbow advantages:
A)unique structure:Inside and outside two layers , upper and lower two parts
B)excellent performance:
pumping volume is between 60,000 to 80,000m3 when installed in the regular position,
when installed in the most easily wearing position(the bottom second bend),pumping volume is more than 20,000 m3
Boom pipe wall thickness is 0.188”(4.5mm), Deck pipe wall thickness is 0.277”(7 mm) The material is special alloy steel. Adopting high frequency and heat treatment techniques,the hardness comes up HRC58-62. The quenching thickness is 0.07″(1.8mm). Deeper heat penetration for longer wear .Single wall hardness which is comparable to double wall.
